This company is exceptional! Shortly after I contacted them I heard from Jack who explained how the service works and sent links for me to schedule the repair at my convenience. After scheduling, I quickly heard back from Jack letting me know a person would be in my area a day earlier than I had scheduled and would be available to make the repair, if that worked for me. That was even better for me so I accepted. He told me the technician stopping by would be Dave. Dave arrived on time and demonstrated a welcome level of professionalism. The repair took less than an hour. The result was amazing! You cannot tell that my rim had any damage at all. I would highly recommend this company for any rim repair.

David and the team at Rim Recon are absolute wizards. Had some nasty curb rash on my wheels and was dreading dealing with the hassle, but they handled the entire pre-authorization and coordination directly with my warranty. They had the whole thing knocked out within a day of me reaching out. The rims look brand new. Massive thanks to Terrin and Jack as well for helping coordinate everything behind the scenes. If you need wheel work done, stop looking and just call these guys!

Fantastic experience with Rim Recon. Easy to book, same day service and the work is flawless. I had pretty bad rim rash from hitting a curb and my wheel now looks brand new.

Great service and very professional. I called to get a bent rim straightened, they did a great job and they polished and powder coat it too for the same price! Picked up and dropped off too. Made my 12 year old aftermarket wheel look better than new.
